Using Velora Walls
These terms govern use of velorawalls.com, the Wall Studio, purchases and authorized administration tools. Read them with our Privacy Policy and the product and checkout disclosures. Velora Walls is the service’s trading name. Contact us through our contact form with questions. Do not use the service unlawfully. To purchase or connect a business account, you must be an adult with authority to enter the transaction and manage the account.
Products, previews and orders
We offer printed canvas artwork, including AI-assisted designs and personalized products where available. Screen previews are illustrative; colors, materials and the approximate wall scale may differ from a physical product. Confirm the selected size, orientation, crop, quantity and delivery address before payment. Prices, currency, shipping and applicable taxes are shown before checkout confirmation. Shopify processes payment. Personalized preparation and fulfillment depend on payment confirmation and provider availability. A test payment is not a purchase authorization for physical production. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support for the available resolution, including a refund where required.
Shipping, cancellations and problems
Review the delivery information and shipping and returns page before ordering. Contact us promptly with your order number about damage, missing items, incorrect products, cancellation or refund requests. Do not send returns without instructions. Production may make cancellation impractical after work starts. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or a remedy required for defective or misdescribed goods. Provider policies do not replace our obligations to you.
Your content and rights
You retain your rights in artwork, photographs and other material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license limited to storing, checking, adapting for the selected size, previewing and fulfilling the service you request, including necessary processing by service providers. Upload only content you own or are permitted to use and print. Obtain permission from identifiable people where needed. Do not upload illegal material, exploitative content, malicious files or content that infringes privacy, copyright or other rights. This license does not authorize us to advertise with your private room or artwork without separate permission.
AI and intellectual property
AI tools can make mistakes and may produce similar results for different people. Review generated content before using or publishing it, including factual claims and third-party rights. We do not promise that generated material is exclusive or qualifies for copyright protection. Buying a print does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant commercial reproduction rights unless separately agreed. Report infringement through our contact form, identifying the work, the disputed material and your authority to act.
Connected platforms and publication
Only authorized administrators may connect business accounts or use the content tools. Grant only permissions needed for the feature. Review each item, destination and schedule before approving publication. Keep credentials private. Do not use the tools for scraping, spam, artificial engagement, unauthorized account access or bypassing platform restrictions. Platform approval, access tiers, quotas and availability are controlled by the provider. A saved configuration or passing connection test is not a publishing approval. Sandbox tests can create test resources where explicitly indicated.
Third-party terms
Use of YouTube features constitutes agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service. Connected services also remain subject to their applicable Pinterest terms, Facebook terms, Instagram terms and TikTok terms. Our integration does not imply endorsement or partnership. We cannot guarantee acceptance of an app or post by any provider.
Access, responsibility and changes
Protect your account and report unauthorized access promptly. We may restrict misuse or suspend features for security, maintenance, legal requirements or provider restrictions. We take reasonable care in operating the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or exact preview results. Responsibility for losses is determined under applicable law; nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Changes apply prospectively with additional notice where required and do not retrospectively remove accrued purchase rights. Contact us first about a dispute; mandatory rights to seek remedies remain available.
