Remove an upload
Sign in, open Your private collection or Your saved rooms and use the item’s delete option. This removes the saved original from your collection. It does not cancel an order or automatically erase production files, transaction records or content already published elsewhere.
Request data or account deletion
Use our contact form. Include “Privacy / data deletion”, your account email, the platform or service involved and whether you want particular data or your account removed. No login is required to send the form. Do not include passwords or tokens. We verify ownership, review related records and reply about completion or a lawful exception. Deletion requests are handled by the team, not by an automatic promise that all records are immediately removed.
Revoke a connected platform
For Google and YouTube, remove Velora Walls from Google account connections. For Facebook or Instagram, use the relevant Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings; for Pinterest and TikTok, use connected-app permissions in your account settings. Then contact us to request removal of stored credentials and associated data. Revocation prevents authorized future API access but does not automatically delete data already stored or posts already published. Delete platform content there or request assistance. You can also contact us with privacy questions or complaints.
